RETROCHROMA. Saturated, analog, warm, hypnotic VHS dreamscapes evoking memories we never had of moments that never happened.
A collective of visionary artists joined together to make this dream a reality, bringing live experimental music, interactive installations, live painting, workshops, creative drinks, and delicious food to the community in the form of a public, donation-based event.
One highlight was the Video Synthesis installation, made with a feedback loop of CRT TVs, processors, mixers, and a rotating analog camera. The knob controls camera rotation and allows you to create real-time kaleidoscopes.
This was definitely the most synergistic, multifaceted, and FUN event I've ever been a part of. So much art created, I honestly don't know what to do with it all, yet!
